2. What Happens After You Submit a Request
Once we receive your request:
- We will acknowledge receipt
- We may contact you to verify your identity
- We will assess whether your data can be deleted
We aim to respond within 30 days, in accordance with UK GDPR.
3. What Data Will Be Deleted
If your request is approved, we will:
- Delete your account
- Remove associated personal data from our active systems
- Cease processing your personal information
4. Data We May Be Required to Retain
In some circumstances, we may retain certain information where required by law, including:

- Anti-money laundering (AML) and identity verification records
